Located in Guelph ON I have made my basement into a sanctuary of peace. Intended to induce a deep state of relaxation. There are comfy cushions and blankets to rest on while while soothing sounds invite you to take a break and give your body a chance to reset to get your energy back.
I am trained with a degree in music and am dedicated to learning the latest knowledge on the most effective methods of relaxation using sound. Mike attempts to be as honest with people as possible to cut through the noise of fluttery wellness jargon.
